This policy covers fundedk12.com, the FundEDK12 marketing website. This site has no forms, no accounts and no trackers, so there is very little to tell you. Here is all of it.
Information we collect
You can't submit information to us through this website. There is no contact form, no account sign-up and no newsletter. The "Schedule a conversation" and email links open your own email app, addressed to us. Nothing about you reaches us unless you decide to send that email.
If you email us, we'll have whatever you include: your name, email address, phone number, district, or anything else you share. We use it only to reply and to follow up about a conversation or partnership. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell your information or share it with anyone outside FundEDK12.
Fonts and third-party requests
Everything on this site is served from our own website, including the typefaces and images. Your browser doesn't contact Google Fonts or any other outside service when you visit, and the site loads no analytics scripts, ad trackers, social media widgets or other third-party code.
Hosting and server logs
Like almost any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and request times, for security and reliability. That is routine for web servers. FundEDK12 doesn't use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Children's privacy
This website is for school district staff, administrators and other adults learning about FundEDK12, not for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete anything we have.
If you become a customer
This policy covers our public website only. The FundEDK12 product, the tool your district would sign in to, works with real district and grant data. It will be covered by a separate agreement with its own privacy terms. We'll walk you through what that involves, and put the right agreements in place, before any district data is shared with us.
Changes to this policy
If what this site collects ever changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
